Residential Metallic Epoxy Garage Floor in Moore, SC

Dramatic Blue and Silver Metallic Finish — A Full-Statement Garage Floor

Zachary Daniel Concrete installed a dramatic custom metallic epoxy floor in a residential garage in Moore, South Carolina — a high-contrast blue, silver, and white metallic worked over a jet-black base for a finish that looks like marbled stone or a stormy sea frozen in resin. The homeowner wanted a floor that made a statement, not one that disappeared into the background.

The ZDC crew started with a full diamond grind of the slab to profile the concrete for maximum adhesion, then repaired any cracks and joints and prepped the field for color. The team laid down a jet-black pigmented epoxy as the base coat — the dark canvas that gives the metallics their depth and contrast — then poured blue, silver, and white metallic pigments across the wet surface and worked them with a T-bar applicator. Each pull of the bar moves the material differently, building the swirled, layered, almost-aquatic movement that gives the floor its presence. No two square feet look the same, no two metallic floors ZDC builds look the same, and that's the point. A high-build clear top coat locked everything in for durability, gloss, and years of life under car traffic.

The result is a garage floor with the depth of polished stone and the visual energy of a piece of art. Call Zach at (864) 770-8608 if you have a garage that deserves the same kind of statement.
